Aman is the Founder of “Lawset Legal” and a specialist in International Trade Law, holding a Master's degree in International Law. He has worked on anti-dumping matters across industries including steel, ceramic tiles, chemicals and construction materials. His practice extends to WTO dispute settlement frameworks, cross-border IPR enforcement, international commercial disputes, and export-import compliance across South Asia, the GCC, and Africa. He founded “Lawset Legal” to deliver legal counsel that is as commercially grounded as it is legally precise.

Anis Parbatani

Anis has extensive experience in matters relating to trade-remedial laws and international trade. He has represented clients in several trade remedial investigations including anti-dumping, subsidy and safeguard investigations. He has worked successfully with clients across various sectors including Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fibres, Machinery, Metals, Electrical, Electronics and Consumer goods. His areaa of expertise include representing clients in trade remedial investigations conducted in various jurisdictions, including the United States, Brazil, Canada, EU, Korea, GCC and India.

Rahul Sharma

A seasoned legal professional with more than 12 years of experience in customs and indirect taxation matters, specializing in anti-dumping, countervailing duty, safeguard investigations and cross-border trade disputes. He has represented clients before various authorities including DGTR, customs authorities, CESTAT and various High Courts across India. His practice focuses on import-export regulatory issues, customs valuation, classification disputes, compliance advisory and litigation strategy for multinational corporations, manufacturers, exporters and importers operating in complex international trade environments.

Varsha Sri

An experienced legal advisor focusing on customs, international trade laws, direct & indirect taxation and regulatory litigation. He advises domestic and multinational clients on customs compliance, GST matters, trade remedy investigations, and cross-border disputes involving import-export transactions. He has substantial experience in handling litigation before adjudicating authorities, CESTAT, and High Courts with a strong focus on practical and commercially effective legal solutions.
